 The
Minister of Animal Resources in South Darfur State, Dr. Abdul-Latif
Mohamed Sharif, has affirmed the importance of the visit of the
President of the Republic to the state, especially after signing of
the peace agreements and holding tribal reconciliations. Dr. Sharif
in a press statement to SUNA said that a number of development and
services projects have been established in South Darfur State. The
minister indicated that the coming period necessitates more efforts
to support Darfur's people, calling for the state government to
complete the tribal reconciliations. Dr. Sharif asserted his
ministry's readiness to prop up the development the animal's
production in the state, in collaboration with the federal
government and the national and international organizations.
